Problem

Novartis campus hiring consists of a lot of Pre and Post Assessment activities. Pre Assessment activities include surveys, shortlisting from surveys for evaluation, branding etc. Post assessment activities include engagement through a learning module. The transition from one activity to assessment till onboarding was a nightmare. Lot of effort was spent by HR team on these tasks. Still there was some manual error. Assessment was pen and paper based which added an additional overhead of correcting and communicating results.

Solution

EYardstick implemented an end to end solution in its product for Novartis. Surveys were taken by the candidates and shortlists were added to necessary tests in a single click. The assessment was digital, selection and communication of the results were done from the product post which interview feedbacks were also recorded in the tool itlest. For engagement of candidates a dedicated LMS tool was deployed where the shortlisted candidates were communicated with updates of Novartis and guided courses.
