Problem

TPF software hires both graduates and professionals for various open positions throughout the year. Paper based tests for graduate hiring tool lot of effort and time in test administration, manual correction, collation, announcement of results. Professionals were directly put to a technical telephonic interview which yielded in poor conversions wasting lot of time for the both HR and Technical teams.

Solution

Based on the specific topics needed for role, tests were created. The tests were administered for WalkIns, Campuses and career fairs, Candidates who cleared the benchmark set for the test were interviewed. Assessments were created for various roles depending on the experience levels. Tests were made mandatory and as a pre-interview mechanism. The test shortlists were interviewed by the technical managers.
